Business Development Manager – D&D, Modern Trade, Healthcare & Prosumer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand, focusing on Distributors & Dealers (D&D), Modern Trade, Healthcare, and Prosumer channels.

What You’ll Do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across the Healthcare, MT, and Prosumer segments, as well as managing key partnerships with distributors and channel partners in Thailand. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen to expand Diversey’s footprint, increase market share, and deliver value-based solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in D&D, Modern Trade, Healthcare, and Prosumer channels.

Develop a strong sales pipeline and growth plan across Thailand.

Lead business development with major modern trade retailers, e-commerce platforms, and B2B distributors.

Research market trends and customer needs to develop winning proposals and product positioning.

Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.

Lead pricing discussions and approval processes, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

2. Client & Channel Management

Maintain and grow relationships with strategic distributors, healthcare institutions, and retail partners.

Regularly review and optimize channel performance through joint business planning.

Implement category management initiatives and trade programs in the Modern Trade and Prosumer segments.

Organize and lead internal and external business reviews to ensure alignment with KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Science, or a related field

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in Modern Trade, Healthcare, or consumer/industrial hygiene sectors.

Proven ability to manage distributor networks and modern retail channels.

Deep understanding of market dynamics in Thailand’s retail and healthcare sectors.

Strong project management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across senior stakeholders.
