What you’ll bring.

Background in working and delivering against targets and KPIS

Good knowledge and understanding of Santander mortgage products and criteria OR vast knowledge of the whole intermediary external marketplace, having up to date knowledge on a range of external lending criteria within the market.

You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

It would also be nice for you to have.

Excellent relationship management skills: experience managing business to business relationships is highly desired.

Analytical, able to analyse data to view trends, patterns or issues and take action.

Proven track record meeting objectives, with the ability to work with high volumes, remaining organised and structured.

What else you need to know.

Company car and IT equipment is provided, expectations are 12 – 15 appointments per week working with an existing and established panel.

You will cover the region of Wiltshire and Hants  and must be located within a reasonable travelling distance.

We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer

27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year

Right to work in the UK.

Every individual must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment with Santander either by way of nationality, visa or work permit. If you do require a working visa / permit this will not influence our decision on whether to progress your application. However, if you do not have a right to work, or an application for a working visa / permit is unsuccessful, Santander will not proceed with your application and will withdraw any conditional offer previously made.
