Essential Functions
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
University Degree or Equivalent8 years or more experience in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment and disposables, preferredExperience in leading a team to achieve targeted market goalsExperience managing multiple business partners & DistributorsExperience managing existing accounts for consistent use of disposables and developing pipelines for capital equipmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High-performance mentality that is open and inclusive to lead a team with a continuous improvement approachStrong track record of delivering sustained profitable growth in the healthcare market and developing markets for new and emerging medical technologyRelationship-building skills with customers and other key stakeholdersDemonstrable capacity to understand and convey complex clinical information and to appreciate trends in the marketplaceDemonstrable capacity to understand and convey complex technical informationKey qualities in a salesperson which includes but is not limited to, negotiation, influencing, market knowledge, target driven.Ability to develop innovative cooperation models in sales processesDetail-oriented, independent, and hardworkingExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal and people-management skills
