The incumbent will use their significant sales management experience to lead, inspire and manage a team and drive growth in revenue and margin nationally by increasing the penetration of ZOLL Hospital products and services into existing accounts and to convert accounts that are currently non-ZOLL Hospital Accounts, and meet, or exceed revenue targets and performance objectives.

Essential Functions

Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards and working within the designated market segmentTerritory planning, structured calling systems and direct selling to Hospital marketDevelop new business, market research, organizing trials of new productsIdentify new potential hospital opportunities, servicing existing accounts and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Responsible for tender preparation and tender interviews with product demonstration during the whole tendering process.Site visits (to advice on installation) and in-service product training to customers as part of post-sales activities.Run resuscitation initiatives and programs within the hospital segmentRegular written structured reporting, and completion of sales reporting tools (salesforce.com)Develop and promote large projects in the region, cooperate with BPs to complete bidding and tenderingConduct market research, collect project information, and analyse competitorsKOL visit and maintenance, as well as key accounts maintenanceManage, coach and conduct team performance appraisals

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

University Degree or Equivalent8 years or more experience in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment and disposables, preferredExperience in leading a team to achieve targeted market goalsExperience managing multiple business partners & DistributorsExperience managing existing accounts for consistent use of disposables and developing pipelines for capital equipment
