This position will be in charge of driving the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) strategy and business development on Douyin platform, including Douyin channel strategy establishment, project management regarding livestreaming, content creation and paid media, budget planning & management, cross department communication, etc.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of Douyin channel strategy, forecasting and execution of key sales initiatives. Collaborate with the teams through the annual plan for Douyin business development, including tickets and hotel room sales, as well as campaign-driven sales.
Project management by coordinating Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Communicates and Public Affairs, Revenue Management & Analytics, and other LOBs, proceeding execution of Douyin channel business and ensure projects launched on time.
Complete Douyin business planning, communication cadence, product planning, traffic consolidation and ensure all traffics can be effectively leveraged for driving sales.
Direct and indirect reports in planning and execution of Douyin campaign projects. Establish sales target by stages to measure regular sales/ campaign performance.
Champion the management of Douyin and DP operators to foster strong rapport and long-term partnership.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above
5-8 years’ experience in a Digital role and at least 3 years relevant experience in Douyin account management
In-depth understanding of the market trend and tourism ecosystem in China.
Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery, highly task-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in both Chinese & English.
