Business Development Manager, Amazon Shipping

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a new team in the Amazon Shipping business. We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed individual join the Business Development team in Spain. You will join the team selling Amazon Shipping services and will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies and closing sales, as well as collecting market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight the Amazon customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong top-level relationships with identified strategic partners
• Sales Pipeline Development: Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients while maintaining a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
• Negotiation: Prepare and lead price negotiations, building concession matrices, while closing delas under optimal terms for both partners
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with operations, product, and tech leaders to build solutions that drive value for new customers and contribute to building a product that fits the needs of customers
• Dive deep: Build compelling pricing propositions, measure performance, conversion rates, account profitability and development, identify gaps and opportunities, and address them
This role will be based in Madrid (4 Towers district, NOT Getafe) and with moderate travel within Spain (max. 5-10%).
