We are seeking a driven and connected Business Development Executive to spearhead our Data Center market growth. This role will focus on contractors, EPC firms, commissioning agents, and end customers that manage or build mission-critical data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong relationships within the Data Center ecosystem, understands the lifecycle of mission-critical builds (design, construction, commissioning, operation), and is familiar with inspection, QA/QC, or NDT services.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the data center market Build and nurture relationships with EPC firms, commissioning agents, and key contractors Develop account plans targeting hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center end users Promote Mistras inspection services during construction, commissioning, and operational phases Collaborate with operations teams to support proposals, pricing, and service delivery Represent Mistras at industry events, conferences, and trade associationsMinimum Requirements:
5+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing role within the data center or mission-critical infrastructure sector Strong network among EPCs, commissioning providers, or data center developers/operators Understanding of QA/QC processes, NDT/inspection, or mechanical/electrical systems preferred Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive strategic growth Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Background in technical services, MEP construction, or commissioningThis job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; and does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
