Your Role: As a Business Development Specialist Excipients (all genders), you will be crucial in driving growth for our excipient business. Your focus will be on identifying and developing new opportunities within our portfolio of functional and differentiated excipients for large and small molecule formulation. Establishing and nurturing relationships with formulation scientists and decision-makers is key, as you communicate the scientific advantages of our innovative excipients. You will act as the scientific expert, guiding customers toward smart formulations using our company's technologies. Collaboration with commercial, marketing, and R&D teams will help you meet your objectives. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records in the CRM system and stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.

Who You Are:

Advanced degree (MSc or higher) in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related fieldPhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline, with experience in formulation development is a plusAt least 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a relevant role in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industryStrong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and excipient applicationsProficiency in using SFDC CRM for tracking customer activitiesExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsProven ability to build long-term relationships and establish credibility
