**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE** + Develop and implement a subsidiary/global line of business sales and marketing strategy that will improve the organization's competitive position. + Please note that associated organization type should be Subsidiary, or, when global in scope, Multi-Profit Centre or Division. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead,direct,andcontrolallsalesandmarketingfunctionssoactivitiesmeettheorganization’sbusinessobjectives,complywithregulations,andprotecttheorganization’sreputation. + Activitiesmayinclude:marketresearch,forecasting,pricing,marketingcampaigns,businessdevelopmentactivities,customerservice,invoicingandpaymentadministration. + Negotiatetermsofsaleswithmajorclientstomaximizetheorganization’sinterests. + Establishtargetsinareassuchasproductmix,salesvolume,marketshare,orbusinessdevelopment. + Monitorperformanceoftheorganizationagainstthesegoals. + Liaisewithotherseniorexecutivesacrosstheorganizationtoensurestrategiesareintegratedwiththerestofthebusinessandalignwithcorporateobjectives. + Selectandmanagerelationshipswithconsultantsandagenciestoensuresatisfactorystandardsofservice. + Lead,direct,evaluate,anddevelopateamofsalesandmarketingmanagers. **Desired Experience:** + The focus is on APAC region with 80% of efforts concentrated on China.
