Are you a strategic sales leader ready to drive growth? We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead sales initiatives and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Exceed sales performance objectives for customer retention and market penetration.
+ Build and maintain strong account relationships for seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
+ Identify and pursue new sales leads, conducting prospecting meetings and qualifying potential customers.
+ Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to uncover new opportunities in assigned territories.
+ Analyze customer needs and promote tailored to products and services.
+ Deliver persuasive sales presentations and prepare regular reports on key sales metrics.
**What we're looking for**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred, with professional sales training.
+ 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in sales management.
+ Proven success in B2B sales with a record of achieving sales awards.
+ H **ealthcare supply chain sales experience** is a must have.
+ Strong skills in sales planning and proposal development
