Role Overview + Accountable for executing the in-country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and business development activities focused on delivering business results and growth. + Duties include but not limited to the daily optimization of the sales functions, production, and monitoring of metrics and management reports including accurate and timely reporting of the business commercial operations in-country. + Leads, manages, and executes the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle. + Taps profitable growth opportunities through new sales development efforts. + Execute the different cross selling initiative. + Supports the marketing campaigns and organize his own event thru preferred organizations. + Works with regional and global business leader to successfully drive new business and grow Aon footprints across targeted industries in the Philippines. + Grows Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts. + Demonstrates commitment to high performance in the process of business development and sets a personal standard of high quality and integrity for self and others. + Ensures compliance to internal deliverable and requirements to be 100% compliant to all Aon internal procedures and adherence to critical best practice of business development and client management efforts. + Builds trusted relationships with the leadership of Aon Commercial Risk that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities. + Ensures that service commitments are met and delivered to clients effectively and efficiently. Client Ownership + Develop client relationships to drive sales and retention. + Collaborate with sales teams to meet client requirements. Operational Excellence + Accurately input leads and pipelines. + Review client documents and ensure compliance with business development protocols. Skills for Success + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. + Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Development (BD), Commercial Risk or relevant consulting. + At least 5 years of solid insurance and broking BD experience + Excellent business development, client management, communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. + Fluency in English is essential. + Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships. + Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs. + High ethical standards and professionalism.
