The Business Development Consultant is responsible for business development of the Fleet Charge program including excellent customer service, program volume growth, and cross functional training.
This position has no direct reports. This person will act as the corporate point of contact with the Fleet Charge Customer Services team (a third-party Customer Service team).


Additional responsibilities include strategic collaboration with third-party management team in:

Building, maintaining and tracking compliance of the Fleet Charge Customer Service team.Training, coaching and mentoring sales representatives on the program and the core values of the Fleet Charge customer experienceConsult and drive action to meet Key Performance Metrics across the Fleet Charge portfolio Responsibilities

Customer Service

Uphold Excellent Customer Service Expectations on the Fleet Charge program though alignment with the Fleet Charge Customer services team. Customer Fleet Charge Experience
Customer facing pricing including setup, cross functional coordination with pricing team, creation and maintenance of customer discountsOwnership and management of promotional programs, customer programs, and buying group administration.New customer reports

Dealer Fleet Charge Experience

Dealer setups
Assist with In-house warrant and pricing maintenanceDealer reporting

 


Growth: Including collaboration with sales and marketing

Sales collaboration to drive business growth including direct engagement with targeted customers. Project based marketing collaboration

 


Training

 

Responsible for Fleet Charge training deliverable including written training material, technical tools, updates to dealer training system, videos. Training may include creating material for the internal Learning ManagementSystem, providing online training, presenting at regional training events, Expo, etc.This role will act as a conduit and train the Parts field teams.The Business development manager will assist in the management, maintenance, and metrics tracking of these programs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of sales, product support or engineering experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of sales, product support or engineering experience

OR

At least 7 years of sales, product support or engineering experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
