**Pay:** $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Sevita is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish-English) **Business Development Community Liaison Specialist** to help grow our Adult Day Health program and connect individuals to essential services. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Serve as the main point of contact for the community, potential participants, families, and referral sources.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and community groups to increase program referrals.
+ Assist new referrals with understanding services, navigating eligibility (e.g., Medicaid), and completing the pre-admission process.
+ Follow up with discharged participants and visit those who are hospitalized or homebound to encourage re-enrollment.
+ Attend community events and represent the center with professionalism and enthusiasm.
+ Support planning and coordination of in-center events to promote services and increase census.
+ Maintain accurate referral and outreach records in our system.
+ Collaborate with the Program Director and team to implement outreach and marketing strategies.
+ Participate in team meetings and ongoing staff trainings.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bilingual in Spanish and English** (required)
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ 3–5 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, healthcare admissions, or related field
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
+ Comfortable with local travel
+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (light work classification)
