Business Development and Technical Sales - Data Centre

We are hiring immediately for Business Development & Technical Sales Specialist - Data Centre role that will help us to power progress for our customers

Position Summary

To achieve monthly and annual sales revenue & profit targets by servicing new and existing customers through meeting their needs through selling of Aggreko products and solutions for the Data Centre Sector.

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

Meet monthly sales revenue targets by providing power and cooling solutions to DataCentre sector in JapanDevelop, identify and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, and convert to key accounts within the target sector in the Japan whilst educating potential customers on the benefits of power and temperature control rental applications.Develop / build a network of sustainable contacts in the Manufacturing sector within the assigned territoryConduct presentations of products and applications to existing and potential customers.Generate and receive enquiries from customers, quoting for the work, negotiating contracts and securing orders.Provide proactive information about relevant market activities within the assigned geographical territory.Provide competitor analysis on a regular basis in line with the procedures.Submit and update the Customer relationship management (CRM)

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Tertiary education in University or diploma qualification in a Technical (electrical, mechanical, engineering), or Business-related disciplineAt least 2 years’ relevant experience selling to Data CentreAbility to speak and write Japanese. English skill is preferable.  Experience, contacts and network with target sector firms and/or their service suppliersAbility to understand technical & engineering applications in power and temperature control industrial equipmentProven strong track record in closing sales and negotiating contractsHigh level of commitment, loyalty and professionalismAvailability to travel as and when requiredRequires frequent visits to clients
