L3Harris in Tewkesbury (UK), Brisbane (Australia), and Palm Bay (Florida), forms our Intel & Cyber International (ICI) division.

In the land domain, our T7 and T4 multi-mission robots deliver next-generation remote capabilities and uncompromised performance. We design and manufacture world-leading land force protection systems, cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA), electronic warfare (EW) and encryption capabilities. Our cyber capabilities provide an information advantage in the fields of kinetic conflict, cyber warfare, force protection and counterterrorism.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following: 

Be an integral member of the ICI team, helping the businesses to identify, track, and enhance ICI capture activities in both campaigns and opportunitiesMeasuring and monitoring the progress of the business plans aligned to the overall division and company growth agenda and helping to steer initiativesSupport the development and implementation of strategy and business development aligned to our customer mission(s) across domain.Owning the pipeline CRM reporting tools, management processes, and analysis for the divisionDriving BD & Sales function information dashboards exploitation and reportingSupporting the development of best practice within the division to maximise opportunities

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills: 

Understanding of the international Defence and Security Sector, with 5+ years’ experienceExperience leading growth and improvement initiativesExperience in business analysisExperience in business performance analysis and reporting against KPIs/ ROIStrong interpersonal and communication skills to allow effective collaboration with both front end and technical staff and the ability to work across functionsAbility to plan and prioritise work to meet team objectives and deadlinesA continuous improvement mind-set and a strive for excellenceAbility to travel – predominantly within the UK with some overseas opportunities
