(A) Business Development:
Focus on electric actuators business development Develop detailed business development plan and complete through collaboration with sales and channel partners Be experienced in product and competition Develop training plan and carry out Measure and report performance against these objectives, targets Collaborate with global SBU and related functions on behalf of customer and sales team
(B) Product Marketing:
Understand market demand, market opportunities for different product portfolios in China and Asia market. Product analysis to identify the feasibility of regionalization or development. Form business plan and work with different functions in global and region to drive product realization Develop marketing materials for promotion of value to customers Product marketing activities for different portfoliosWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Marketing Proven track record in Product Management, Sales, Marketing or Business Development within final control or process related industries Be able to handle muti-task and ambiguity situation Strong interpersonal savvy to work with virtual team from different functions Strong analytical and questioning skills coupled with ability to develop and implement strategies. Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Certain level of travel requested. Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. Occupational Health and safety competence.
