Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking junior to mid-level Business Development Analyst to join our Business and Proposal Development Team. An important member of the Business Development Team, the BD Analyst will provide research, analysis and organizational support to the company's business development initiatives. This position is full-time and located at our Middletown, RI office. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered depending on the candidate and their experience.\n
Responsibilities Include:\n\nSupport the Business Development Team and Business Unit Managers with opportunity pipeline maintenance; capture management; and proposal readiness activities.\nPerform market research related to target markets, competitors, customers, and contracting \nAnalyze existing and proposed future government contracts to understand requirements, customer needs, competitor activity, and current company capabilities.\nSupport the maintenance of our internal pipeline database by validating existing database content and locating missing data.\nProvide support to capture managers in the proactive development of proposal content, and coordinating proposal readiness reviews\nTrack and facilitate the completion of action items relative to capture and proposal readiness activities\nPrepare reports and presentations for company leadership on business and proposal development topics such as market analyses; opportunity qualification; proposal kickoff and review; and future proposal pipeline.\nProvide surge support to the Proposal Development Team by participating in and\/or coordinating proposal efforts such as data calls, proposal development, and proposal review teams.\nDraft and promulgate written guidance and status reports to team members and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure all business and proposal documentation and reference materials are posted and maintained in SharePoint.\n\n
Education\/Experience:\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field. A lessor or different degree, combined with experience that exceeds the minimum requirements, may be considered.\nA minimum of three years of directly related experience, ideally supporting business development efforts for a Department of Defense contractor.\n\n
Required Skills:\n\nAdvanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nAttention to detail\nAbility to multi-task and meet often aggressive deadlines\n\n
Additional Desired Skills:\n\nExperience with SharePoint, Teams and Project\nStrong writing and editing skills\nExperience designing visually-appealing and accurate graphics, charts, and diagrams\n\n
