We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Development.

Principal Responsibilities

Pensions Expertise: Provide high quality narratives and market update to our Pensions stakeholders across MPF and ORSO accountsBusiness Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pension sector. Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and enhance market presenceClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on pension products and services. Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlySales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Provide training and support to sales representatives on pension products and industry trends to enhance their effectiveness in the fieldMarket Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to inform business strategies and product offeringsCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, product, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of pension business initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive overall business successRegulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards affecting pension products. Ensure that all business practices adhere to compliance requirements and best practicesReporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies
