Provides specialist knowledge and executes account development strategies and sales business plans in order to achieve medium-sized sales targets.

ResponsibilitiesProspect and secure new business for Old Mutual and acting on leads and taking initiative.

Maintain and grow portfolio entrusted to me.

Liaise with Pension Administrators to ensure flawless service to clients.

Liaise with the Malawi Revenue Authority (Commissioner of Taxes) on contractual documents and legal issue relating to the pension business.

Communicating, Counselling of individual members of pension funds on retirement, withdrawal and beneficiaries/dependants on death of a member.

Produce and report on work volumes and status.

Production of contractual documents, rate review implementation and improvement of internal environment to achieve best client service.

Liaise with our Human Resources Department on issues relating to Labour Laws which may directly or indirectly affect the administration of Pension Schemes.
