We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Porto or Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be joining a dynamic team that supports the Marsh McLennan business (Marsh and Mercer) and work together with a local and international specialized team to provide the best and most complete experience to our clients.
We will count on you to:
Collaborate with the Marsh and Mercer Placement teams to analyze client needs and provide expert advice on risks and insurance solutions;Stay ahead of market trends and focus on the evolving needs of our clients’ portfolios;Apply critical thinking to develop innovative, tailored solutions that add value;Design comprehensive insurance programs, present them to markets, and negotiate conditions;Build and maintain ongoing, strategic relationships with insurance markets to ensure optimal coverage and service.What you need to have:
A degree or master’s degree in engineering, law, economics or other related field;Critical thinking and the ability to manage priorities;Advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office;Interest in the insurance and risk fields;Teamwork skills;Fluent English level.Why join our team:
