Seguimiento de acciones comerciales, que resulten en una nueva oportunidad de negocio (cotización).Identificación de servicios requeridos en nuevas peticiones de cliente. Elaborar y negociar presupuestos (cotizaciones) relativos a los servicios de gestión de ensayos clínicos de Alcura (Clinical Trials Depot related services), que incluyen almacenamiento, etiquetado, distribución, retornos y destrucciones, así como importaciones/exportaciones y servicios de calidad.Coordinación con el departamento de Sourcing (CTS).Seguimiento de propuestas, ofreciendo al cliente una solución tailor-made y flexible adaptada a sus necesidadesElaboración de Supply Chain plan conjuntamente con los equipos de PM y SC.Participación en reuniones y teleconferencias nacionales e internacionales de Alcura, como Bid defense de cotizaciones.Gestión del pipeline de oportunidades acorde al objetivo.Mejora continua del proceso de cotización.

Descripción de puesto adicional

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.

Experience in sourcing, procurement, or project coordination roles , preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Skills Required:

Understanding of sourcing processes and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.

Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and regulations governing drug sourcing.

Clinical Trials experience (mainly in Comparators Sourcing).

Experience in Proposal Development / KAM Sourcing

Knowledge of Global market focus in EU market.  

Proficiency in supplier evaluation, negotiation support, and contract management.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem- solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Supports forecasting (tailor advise), sourcing and strategy work
