We provide data and analysis to power social change. As a university-based research organization with reach to affected communities, ERI has contributed reliable data and rigorous analyses in the areas of economic inclusion and climate equity, immigrant inclusion and racial justice, and social movements and governing power. ERI’s past and ongoing projects like our Environmental Justice Screening Tool, the National Equity Atlas and the California Immigrant Data Portal focus on highlighting community assets, and stories and put data in the hands of the community. Partners rely on our data to expand support for undocumented Californians, win eviction protections for communities throughout California, and distribute climate investments to communities at the forefront of climate change.
