We’re looking for data business analysts (both mid-level and senior) to join our business development department. You’ll be working at the intersection of data and business, where insights become actions, and decisions shape how millions of customers experience shopping.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dive deep into business processes and customer behavior using data.Deliver actionable insights to improve customer experience, operations, and strategy.Support our OKR process by helping teams define, track, and analyze objectives and key results.Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.Collaborate with multiple departments and help align data insights with business goals.Take part in market research, trend analysis, and business modeling.Help shape our customer journey through data.

What You Should Bring:

Experience in business analysis, ideally in data-rich environments.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with SQL and experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Proficiency in Excel and reporting automation.(Bonus) Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.Excellent communication & collaboration abilities.A passion for building customer-centric, data-driven systems.For senior candidates: experience mentoring juniors, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving strategic impact.
