What you will do:
Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives.Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.Collect data to identify root causes of problems.Measures performance against process requirements.Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress.Performs cost and benefit analysis.What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.Advanced degree or certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) are a plus.Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, customer experience, or quality roles.Proven track record of leading improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional teams.English AdvancedStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Ability to influence without authority and drive change.Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.You can expect.
