**Position Description:**
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Processes purchase orders; including online orders and orders through the TTU system for approximately 30 faulty members and graduate students.
+ Maintain and reconcile faculty procurement cards; including budgeting and associated process for money moves and uploading receipts into the TTU system.
+ Process travel; including applications and vouchers, obtaining estimates for most cost-effective travel arrangements, reserving rental cars, flights, meals, and lodging for approximately 30 faculty and graduate students.
+ Reconcile and keep monthly reports on faculty accounts; including updating and maintaining approximately 50 excel spreadsheets monthly.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
This position requires excellent knowledge of excel spreadsheets and budgeting. Applicant should have a strong background in accounting, reconciling, and budgeting. This is a fast-paced, multitasking, and high-volume position. Applicant must be comfortable with transitioning from one job responsibility to another based on the needs of the department. Applicant should have the ability to think independently and pro-actively. Applicant must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong time management skills
