Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting financial planning and analysis through pricing analysis, forecast reviews and strategic financial planning. As part of a small international team, you'll work closely with various departments to monitor profitability and ensure efficient resource allocation, whilst assisting with process improvements and long-term planning initiatives.

 

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.  

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

Provide timely, accurate and meaningful insights into pricing results to and with the Category team. Provide and oversee all our planning processes, including the original budget, mid-term plan (MTP), Rolling MTP forecast, manifesto, annual financial plan, annual forecast, and monthly business review. Lead the long-term financial strategic planning and yearly budget planning processes within ASICS EMEA to be effective and efficient. Review quarterly forecast cycles. Drive continuous improvements within processes related to financial reporting, cross-functional planning, forecasting, budget processes and alignment within all overarching reporting. Support on qualitative input and direction for Long-term Planning Work closely together with as one team to manage the expectations of internal stakeholders effectively and monitor E2E Channel and Product Category profitability

 

You have the following skills:

Bachelor's or Master's level education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for financial planning activities. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP and Business Objects.
