**Position Summary**
**** As Business Continuity Coordinator at NBS Lisbon you will play a key role supporting the implementation of risk and business continuity management, fully aligned with Integrated Business Services (IBS). You will lead the testing and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) while overseeing crisis response protocols. This role is essential for safeguarding service delivery and ensuring compliance with established standards.
**A day in the life of...**
+ Coordinate the annual Enterprise Risk Management exercise at NBS Lisbon to identify key risks and opportunities.
+ Ensure comprehensive BCPs tailored to the operational needs of the center.
+ Coordinate the execution of BCP tests to validate the effectiveness of the plans.
+ Ensure plans are adjust based on test outcomes and evolving risk landscapes.
+ Monitor and assess risks that may impact service delivery and operational stability.
+ Maintain documentation and reporting to comply with audit and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure alignment with IBS strategy and with NBS centers network.
+ Coordinate crisis response efforts, including activation of contingency protocols and post-incident reporting.
+ Promote awareness and training on business continuity and risk management practices.

+ Experience working in a cross-functional and networked organization.
+ Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach.
+ Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
