Join us to build a career worth celebrating! **About the role:** + Global BCM Standard Management Lead, implement, and ensure compliance with the Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) Standard. + Define and drive the BCM strategy for all of Mexico. + Continuity Plans and Risk Management (BCP) Develop and maintain: BCM risk assessments. Business continuity and crisis management plans. Business Impact Analysis (BIA). + Cyber Resilience Identify cyber risks related to BCM. + Global Crisis Response Actively participate in the management of corporate-level crises and critical incidents. + With the support of the Governance Management, policies, protocols, KPIs, trainings, a corporate webpage, and the Security area presentation will be developed. + Management and control of the Security area budget in Mexico. **Requirements:** + Ability to read, write, speak and understand English (90%) + Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task efficiently and meet deadlines + Strong communicator able to develop strong cross-functional and collaborative working relationships + Good understanding of accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc. + Excellent ability to know how and when to lead and be a team player + Advanced PC skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office + Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of employees in a manufacturing environment + Ability to work confidently, persuasively and to gain the respect and trust of other senior managers. + Flexible attitude to travel.
