Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Continuity Administrator to support our business continuity and disaster recovery efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans, supporting regular updates, assisting with business impact analyses, and helping coordinate with various departments to ensure readiness for potential disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business impact analyses by gathering data and assisting in the identification of critical business functions.Maintain and update business continuity and disaster recovery plans based on established guidelines.Help manage and update disaster recovery (DR) run-books, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Assist with coordination between IT and other departments to ensure continuity and recovery plans remain aligned.Support the scheduling and execution of regular testing and drills for business continuity and disaster recovery.Help deliver training and awareness materials to employees regarding business continuity and recovery procedures.Monitor and report on potential risks and disruptions, escalating issues as needed.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to business continuity and disaster recovery activities.Stay informed of general industry practices and assist in incorporating updates into existing plans.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.2–4 years of experience supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or similar functions.Familiarity with business impact analysis and disaster recovery planning concepts.Strong organizational and time management skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Clear communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment.Certification or coursework in business continuity planning (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301) is a plus, but not required.Physical Requirements (if applicable):
Must be able to lift and transfer up to 30 pounds.Domestic and Global possible – up to 10%.NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least three (3) days per week. #LI-Hybrid
