Business Configuration Specialist

Mission:

To support the development of business configuration structure for all MTNIrancell products and services (voice, SMS, broadband, new sectors), and implement systematic revenue control methods and data optimization.To support and design technical processes to address business issues regarding rating configuration and control structure, and to see the result of product/service launching.To maintain a data pipeline, the associated tools to analyze that data and create usable statistical models that can drive our MTNI product/service forward.

Responsibilities:

To report precedents, resolution of any compliance issues, and track compliance procedures and policies.To utilize professional tools and software to support (Python, JavaScript, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Teradata, Aster, Hadoop, etc.) to improve the system structure to analyze improvement areas on the production stream.To take necessary actions to prevent any issue in business configuration activities and support revenue assurance to avoid revenue leakage.To generate statistical reports on CDRs, investigate and report mismatches based on procedures.To perform periodic checks and tests of the rating chain to ensure billing integrity, identify issues, and report them based on the procedure.To control and test new rate plans, features, and services to ensure they are done correctly and on time before and after migrating to the production environment for all products/services.To facilitate audits related to configuration management and review critical proceeding outages, resolution results, responses, and dispositions of failed changes as a result of CMS-related issues.To collaborate in developing and maintaining business configuration requirements, and what MKT teams need to have a clear downstream deployment structure.To integrate product enhancement requirements with technical specifications such as billing systems, network design, and handset compatibility.To facilitate communication and engagement of business and IT management to enable the value proposition through configuration management.To collaborate on the configuration control board and implement the changes as decided by the business.To extract the business configuration from multiple sources (ITS, EDW, NWG, operations team, etc.) and build systems to transform raw records into actionable/readable business logic, handle any CR of information/logic, and design them based on business or stakeholders' requirements.To support in designing and building technical processes to address business issues and a control structure to see the result of the following nodes: network nodes, UPC, NGPG, ability, middleware, CS, payment gateway PG, CRM that will be part of the product/services based on the system capacity.To develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards for rating configuration to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.To develop and maintain models to predict future performance based on historical data.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Communications) or related.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Programming.

Experience:

Prior familiarity with operations management principles and adequate exposure to the use of computer applications.At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising others
