Role purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Communication & Change Management Specialist to lead impactful communication strategies that support key transformation initiatives. This role will focus on crafting engaging and effective content to foster alignment, empower employees, and accelerate adoption—contributing to our vision of being the partner of choice for talent, technology, and transformation.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Design and execute change communication strategies that align with transformation goals and organizational objectives.Develop compelling, audience-specific content across multiple channels (e.g., presentations, newsletters, videos, FAQs, emails, intranet posts).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Project Management, IT, HR, Business Units) to shape clear, resonant messaging.Build and implement engagement models to drive employee and customer adoption of change initiatives.Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve messaging.Support change agents and leaders with communication toolkits, training, and messaging frameworks to enable consistent delivery.Track, analyze, and report on communication outcomes using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.Core competencies, knowledge and experience Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation across formats and audiences.Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programs.Working knowledge of change management modelsProficiency in communication and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar platforms.Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus.Must have technical / professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or employee engagement, ideally in a global or technology-driven environment.Exposure to change management or transformation programs is preferred.India:
