**PURPOSE:**
We seek to identify a seasoned and dynamic External Business Change Management (BCM) Consultant that is passionate, resourceful and proactive about leading people through change. In this role, you will step the enterprise and individuals through process, system, technology and organizational structure changes in a business-to-business (B2B) environment to drive product adoption and sustainable change. As an External BCM Consultant you will drive lasting and positive change to improve business outcomes and help increase organizational benefit realization. Specifically, the External BCM Consultant will:
+ Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness including completing change management and stakeholder impact assessments.
+ Develop and execute change readiness strategies and communication plans for high-priority large-scale projects. This includes identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
+ Support and engage with program/project internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach is followed.
+ Apply organizational change management (OCM) methodologies, capabilities and skills by leveraging Prosci and Agile principles and practices (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe).
+ Monitor the execution of the OCM business change readiness plans to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of business operations. This includes defining and measuring success metrics to monitor change progress.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Drives and identifies organization change requirements, including completion of change management and impact assessments. Assesses change management needs of internal and external stakeholders for assigned projects, working with program and project teams to roll out changes to stakeholders in a structured way with regard to the transition from one technology or business process to another.
+ Partners with program leadership and project implementation teams to align on direction, strategy and business objectives to achieve business goals through successful engagement of stakeholders to facilitate adoption of technical and business solutions and organizational change.
+ Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized change management presentations to executive, leaders, Plans, program and project teams. Ability to advise, counsel and coach leadership and front-line managers on active and visible sponsorship, and help drive understanding of sponsorship importance to effect change. Influence and advise executives on organizational change and organizational effectiveness issues.
+ Ensure deliverables are robust, meet program and project needs and are delivered against deadlines. Supports the development of change management skills across the organization; provides mentoring and guidance on the application of change management best practices.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree, Business, Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
**Experience** : 8 years business, communications and/or organizational change management experience.
**Licenses/Certifications**
Certified Change Management Professional Preferred

+ Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
+ Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging. **Salary Range** : $95,688 - $190,047

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances, including but not limited to experience, internal equity, and location.
