Job Introduction:
Sodexo is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Business Centre Receptionist team member to join our on-site team at HMRC Liverpool Regional Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors while providing administrative and facilities support to ensure smooth daily operations.
What you’ll do:
Act as the main reception contact: manage phones, emails, and visitor queries professionallySupport hospitality events, meeting room setups, and conference bookings via the Matrix systemMaintain and restock coffee points; support catering and mailroom operations when neededIssue keys, log maintenance requests, and coordinate tasks using radio and FM systemsAssist with general porterage, furniture movement, and room setupsAdhere to all Health & Safety, security, and site-specific proceduresMaintain records and support audits where applicableWhat You Bring:
