Business Central Application Support

Responsibilities

● Provide 2nd and 3rd line Support for the NAV and Business Central systems

● Contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials

● Work closely with the Business Central Support Manager, a on projects and continuous improvement

● Contribute in the data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects

● Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy, including support in training, UAT and go live

● Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole

● Assist with the document and centralise training notes

● Assist in defining and documenting testing of agreed changes

● Primary contact for Key report queries

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

● Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), specifically Finance Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management and Purchasing modules.

● Experience with supporting end-users with queries and issues

● Written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation

● Experience on NAV / Business Central implementations

● Demonstrates high integrity

● Ability to deliver results

● Manages self, remaining calm, focused and optimistic

● Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales

Desirable:

● Jet Report experience

● Experiencing in support Business Central SaaS

● Continia experience

● Previous experience of working in a service industry

● Previous Experience of Application Support

● An understanding of the complexities associated with a large business environment
