Job Description
1) Responsible to both technical setup and access management of Customer Care agents in Traveloka
2) Provide checking result summary, communicate and actively resolve or escalate requests/issues until being resolved
3) To monitor and align tactical-strategic initiatives to ensure business decisions are aligned with department targets, including facilitating cross-functional team discussions
4) Investigate findings root cause, do the analysis, and provide conclusions for each case
5) Ensure timely delivery of initiatives and workplan that enable Customer Care team to achieve OKR target
6) Create and maintain systematic data tracking for relatable metrics, including and not limited to reporting standard & template, as well as business process improvement
7) Communicating analysis and recommendations based on factual findings and supporting documents. Supporting documents include spreadsheets, presentation slides that include charts and graphs, mailing lists, roadmaps and ad hoc requests
8) Work with key stakeholders to implement the right tracking/telemetry in business assurance and compliance, provide recommendation & iterations as appropriate
9) Troubleshoot issues with reporting assets to determine root causes of anomalies identified; perform thorough diagnostic analyses and Communicate issues identified in reports to the appropriate related party
10) Crunching and analyzing big data, Conduct business impact analysis, and design improvement initiatives using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field is required from reputable university
2) Minimum 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates with intern experience are welcome to apply
3) Excellent logic, analytical and trouble shooting skills with ability to work with complex large data
4) Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage day-today relationships and proactively engage with internal and external customers
5) Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
6) Able to operate, slice-dice and analyse data especially through the dashboard in Tableau and spread sheet calculations. Having the ability in Phyton data processing or similar system is beneficial
7) Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
