Join our team as a Business Architect reporting to our General Manager of Commercial Products. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of the business model architecture, ensuring we provide customer-centric and collaborative solutions and shaping our product strategy. You will work with teams extensively across the enterprise - from other Go-To-Market teams, to technology, finance, data squads and more - to align roadmaps with broader commercial strategy.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, focusing on delivering tangible customer and business value now and into the future. You will advise the business and teams on delivering the right end-to-end outcomes in partnership with the GM, streamlining product delivery and optimising operational architecture.
What you'll do
Collaborate with multiple product teams, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand the broader commercial landscape and align product evolution with strategic business objectives.
Develop and mature the business architecture function where appropriate within the product segment and broader enterprise
Support the development and articulation of a clear, customer-focused vision for our commercial products, ensuring solutions meet and exceed customer expectations within an architectural framework.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable architectural requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment across all relevant teams.
Collaborate with teams to ensure that product solutions are scalable, robust, and align with overall business architecture principles, maintaining a strong customer focus.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on architectural alignment.
Influence product roadmaps and prioritisation to ensure that initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives and deliver maximum customer value, considering architectural implications.
What you'll need
5+ Years of experience as a Business Architect, strategic Business Analyst, Process Improvement professional (or something similar) in an enterprise environment
Extensive experience collaborating across enterprise functions (e.g., Go-To-Market, technology, finance, data) to align roadmaps with commercial strategy.
Strong background in bridging business objectives with technical execution
Demonstrated ability to streamline and optimise operational architecture and process to focus on delivering tangible customer and business value.
