As part of the Partner and Field Problem Resolution & Automation team, you'll play a pivotal role in solving operational challenges, driving data-driven solutions, and designing strategies that align with Cisco's transformational goals and commerce processes.
Your ImpactAs a Business Architect, you will drive strategic problem-solving initiatives for Cisco's partners and distributors while improving the operational ecosystem. In this role, you will:
Enable Frictionless Experiences: Optimize policies and capabilities to create seamless experiences for Partners, Distributors, and the Field.Develop Strategies: Leverage a deep understanding of commerce systems, entitlement processes, and Cisco's business operations to build end-to-end strategies.Problem Management: Own the problem management backlog process, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with business outcomes.Solution Design: Analyze problems, identify root causes, recommend business solutions, and collaborate with IT and support operations to implement solutions.Release Readiness: Drive solution adoption by supporting release readiness activities and ensuring stakeholders can seamlessly adopt changes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Leaders, Partner Ops Managers, Field Ops Managers, and cross-functional teams to address challenges and align with Cisco's strategic goals.Influence Roadmaps: Advocate for transformation initiatives by influencing the scope, roadmap, and requirements for partner-impacting tools and solutions.Compliance and Process Alignment: Collaborate with BU, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams to align processes with compliance requirements.Reporting and Metrics: Provide detailed reporting on component performance, business metrics, and outcomes during Quarterly Service Reviews for CLO leadership.Minimum QualificationsYou bring a strong background in commerce operations, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Experience:5+ years of experience in commerce operations (Quote to Cash) or a related area.Proven expertise in commerce tools and processes with a deep understanding of operational ecosystems.Skills:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to use data for critical decision-making.Clear presentation skills to effectively communicate with senior leadership.Ability to document processes, set measurable goals, and drive continuous improvement for optimal outcomes.Proficiency in Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and reporting tools.Collaboration:Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.Preferred Skills and AttributesYou thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and have a passion for solving complex problems.
