We are currently seeking a suitably qualified professional Business Architect, who has experience working across business operating models to align strategy to execution, as well as partnering with Business and Technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Implement a business/process architecture approach and methodology for our customers, ensuring alignment with strategy and business needs, while also providing a foundation for digital transformation initiatives Demonstrate strong experience in business/process architecture design and development and integration in other Enterprise Architecture areas Demonstrated experience in process modelling, standards, notations, architecture and governance Demonstrated experience in successful client engagement Demonstrated experience in the successful management of small teams Successful application of project delivery and management principles Application of excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and conflict management skills Experience with repository-based modelling tools, actively applying Architectural concepts with the tool and understanding administrative aspects of the tool

Required Skills and Experience

A Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Business, Enterprise (Process) Architecture Framework(s) and their applications Demonstrable experience working alongside Senior (C-Level / Executive) stakeholders and their teams to define/implement operating models for large enterprise. Demonstrable experience partnering with Enterprise Architects and Technology teams to develop, deliver and maintain business capability models and end-to-end process models. Experience in process improvement, re-engineering and business casing Strong strategic thinking, includes abstract reasoning and critical thinking skills Relevant business architecture training and certifications (e.g., TOGAF, BizBOK) valued
