Job Summary

Mass General Brigham (MGB) Global Advisory is the systemwide platform providing leading advisory services and partnership opportunities to healthcare institutions around the world. This exciting business unit combines a broad set of advisory capabilities from across the MGB system with a significant investment program to take the business to the next level by enhancing the existing platform and driving growth in the business.

Hybrid Schedule: 1-2 days onsite per week (Monday -Tuesday)


 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree Business required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required



Experience

1+ years of experience in project administration, project management, operations, or other directly relevant business experience. Experience in global or international partnerships or other closely related role preferred.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and re-establish priorities as necessary with direction from leadership. Strong sense of proactiveness – ability to manage and drive work and agenda with leadership guidance. Execution oriented mindset; deliberate and decisive with strong planning, organization, and time management skills - gets things done with direction from leadership. Willingness and ability to undertake tasks from administrative support to supporting strategic project planning and everything in between. Ability to propose courses of action and anticipate leadership needs. Strong listening, writing and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation; ability to effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders with professionalism. Interest in global healthcare. Initiative and creative problem-solving skills, adapting the approach as needed. Ability to manage confidential information.
