Credence has an immediate need for a Business and Financial Operations Specialist at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) mission is to lead the discovery and development of future capabilities providing integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), combat identification, and spectrum warfare effects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Will provide financial management support for the Sensors Directorate. Conducts various types of specialized cost, schedule, financial trend analysis and related technical performance and data research efforts to enhance the cost and scheduling analysis and estimating capabilities of the Sensors Directorate; conduct research and provide inputs to program financial management, including budget preparation and management for all phases of the research program. Will maintain and provide administration of the CCaRS database (e.g. build budgets, records, system user maintenance, etc.); reconcile CCaRS data with Defense Accounting and Finance data and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure the validity and accuracy of data; prepare a variety of reports and charts covering the status of funds, and forecast vs actuals, and advise program managers/business managers and management officials on the availability of funds, funding trends, and financial execution metrics. Shall provide on-site support for the planning, generating, coordinating, and tracking of purchase request and funding transfer documents. Will brief and train Government personnel on CCaRS features and processes to include funding document preparation, obligation/expenditure forecasting, report generation, Business Management Report (BMR) and chart generation, etc. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a SecretMaster’s degree and ten (10) years relevant experienceOr, BA/BS degree and eighteen (18) years relevant experienceOr, Twenty-two (22) years of relevant experience Working Conditions and Physical Requirements May be required to lift 15 lbs.May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a daySome travel may be requiredPlease join us, as together we build a better world one mission at a time powered by technology and its people!
