Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Operations Analyst to support end-to-end order fulfillment, monitor service levels, and ensure timely resolution of order and shipment issues. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational accuracy and customer satisfaction by leveraging advanced Excel skills and coordinating across business, planning, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee execution of service level agreements and resource coordination to support seamless, touchless order processing and timely delivery of shipments.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and supply planning units to resolve order issues and maintain visibility into order status.
Communicate updates on order progress, shipping timelines, product availability, and delays to relevant stakeholders and regions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in customer contract operations, ensuring all order milestones—from receipt to invoicing—are achieved within expected timelines.
Analyze and monitor large volumes of data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements) to identify order errors and root causes.
Develop and implement SOPs that improve customer fulfillment processes and internal workflows.
Maintain proactive communication with leadership regarding issue status and escalate as needed to meet deadlines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
Required Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
OR High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience:2+ years working with ERP systems
2+ years in roles related to export, logistics, order management, or customer service
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare supply chain) preferred
Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements, analyzing large datasets)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
