**What You Can Expect**
The Business Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in analysing sales market data, evaluating customer purchasing patterns, competitive dynamics, and regional performance to refine sales strategies.
**How You'll Create Impact**
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
**Business Analytics & Process Improvement (50%)**
+ Recommend business actions by analyzing and interpreting data and conducting comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
+ Identify and drive process improvements, including through the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
+ Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
+ Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
+ Maintain a strong analytical foundation creating forecasts and models
+ Communicate effectively with all departments in order to provide proper planning reports and analysis on business trend, KPIs & etc.
**Financial Planning & Performance Analysis (30%)**
+ Support business forecasting, performance reporting, and tracking of key operational metrics
+ Analyze business and financial data to build decision-support models that inform strategy and planning
+ Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership reviews and business updates
+ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
+ Work closely with the FC to ensure accurate financial reporting
+ Evaluate business performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
+ Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
+ Provide trend-based and forecast-driven recommendations to support sales and operational optimization

**Your Background**
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience & Requirements: Approximately 3-5years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, or a related field
