SUMMARY
The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for evaluating sales, customer experience, and business processes, implementing strategies and techniques to improve operational functions by surfacing data, insights, and strategic thinking that address our most critical customer and business challenges. Responsibilities include gathering and extracting data from multiple sources, developing dashboards, surfacing key performance indicators (KPIs), and working alongside IT to map data fields and/or deploy technologies for automation. The role is also responsible for collecting sales, customer experience and voice of customer BI requirements, developing related solutions, coordinating testing including user acceptance and related implementation. Reports and data findings will be used by the Business Analytics Manager to highlight patterns and trends in our respective markets that may influence operations and future goals. This role’s knowledge in properly collecting and interpreting data has a significant impact on Sauna 360/Watkins’ success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)
Proficient with technical aspects of key business systems (marketing automation, CRM, PowerBI) used to generate, distribute, and report on business activity. Identify gaps in technology and work collaboratively with program managers and IT to optimize systems aimed at refining overall analysis.Establish and optimize scalable processes that ensure data-driven decision-making and best practices in consumer and dealer campaigns, sales pipeline management, demand forecasting, territory planning, bookings, shipments, and other measures as required by the business.Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) reports along with discreet metrics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of customer experience, voice of customer, and sales activities. Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for business performance monitoring. Evolve from manual process utilization to leveraging real time time-date through technology changes.Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing. Work with IT and the broader Customer Experience team to explore new ways to leverage trends data through automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.Post data delivery, hold data walk-through sessions, connect teams with training materials, and answer data-specific questions, ensuring that teams feel comfortable with their projected data. Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders towards continual improvement.Monitor business intelligence programs to optimize performance based on industry best practices and ongoing changes in the marketplace especially as it relates to technology and innovation. Provide recommendations that enhance future business operations performance and measurements to facilitate storytelling.Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize business systems as it relates to Customer Experience & Sales. Attending technology and customer experience conferences as well as webinars to stay at the forefront of innovation.QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills and education. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $98,000 and $109,000 annually.
