We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead to join our Insights & Analytics team within the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization, based in Milan. This role will be pivotal in supporting commercial operations by delivering strategic forecasting, performance insights, and data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making across multiple business areas and product portfolios.

Main responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to Commercial and Brand teams, providing insights and forecasts to support brand planning, new indication launches, and performance reviewsLead the development and implementation of brand analytics strategies including segmentation, KPI tracking, targeting, and sales force optimizationDesign and deliver long- and short-term forecasts for strategic planning and budget cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teamsConduct and lead market research initiatives to inform brand strategy and identify market opportunitiesApply advanced analytics and data science methods to develop predictive models and optimize marketing effectivenessCreate clear, actionable dashboards and reports to enable strategic business decisionsCoordinate with data management teams to ensure insights are based on high-quality, reliable data

About you

Experience: Pharmaceutical or biotech forecasting, consulting experience, familiarity with IQVIA and other pharma data sources, understanding of payer and health insurance landscapeSoft and technical skills: Analytical and forecasting skills, data science techniques (Bayesian stats, regression, A/B testing), segmentation and marketing mix analysis, CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce), BI tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau), advancedEducation: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferredLanguages: Proficiency in English
