Who we are
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, business analysis, and product management, with fluent German language skills to facilitate communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Act as the intermediary between the Product Owner (PO) and the development team, ensuring clear communication of business needs and prioritiesGather, analyze, and refine requirements from stakeholders, translating them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteriaWork closely with developers, testers, and UX designers to ensure smooth implementation of features aligned with business objectivesMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesParticipate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, providing valuable insights and ensuring continuous improvementConduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic product decisionsEnsure that all product documentation is up to date and clearly communicated to relevant teamsCommunicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on product vision
What you'll bring along
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is requiredMinimum 5-10 years demonstrable experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related Agile roleStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar toolsExperience in writing and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteriaExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibilityStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate with technical teamsSAFe or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO) is nice to haveExperience in software development, banking, automotive, or another complex industryFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design thinking is nice to haveExcellent command of both spoken and written English and German Document .style{ width:930px;padding:15px;}.font-text{ font-family: customfaa3f6eee6874329a13ae; font-size: 16px; font-type:ttf; font-style: Medium;}
