Avery Dennison is seeking an IT Business Analyst with ERP implementation and support experience with a focus on Supply Chain and Inventory.  As part of the Global IT Organization this position will be a key link between the IT, Operations, Supply Chain and Leadership teams.

A background that includes IT project management, a technical understanding of ERP structure and manufacturing process concepts will be needed.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a  strong working relationship with our key business leaders

Clearly understand business needs, complexities and impact of technical changes

Drive continuous improvement of our IT practices, procedures and supporting tools

Conduct detailed analyses to identify gaps with business operations and support design and implementation of  IT system changes in line with the overall IT strategy

Support implementation of ERP systems

Identify and present opportunities for technical solutions and process improvement.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a major in IT, Business Administration or Computer Science is required

Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal

At least 3 years+ of fundamental experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing industry around projects in supply chain or operation processes.

Knowledge in ERP systems and implementations. Preferable Oracle EBS or Fusion.

Strong background in relational database concepts

Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL

APICS certification is an advantage

CBAP certification is an advantage

Experience in (Lean) Six Sigma and / or Project Management is strongly desirable

Sound knowledge of process mapping and process optimization

Ability to plan strategically, as well as translate into implementation plan for organization

Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to create sophisticated solutions to complex requirements
