Main Responsibilities:
Draft detailed functional specifications for complex projects.
Work with APIs and understand the associated technical architectures.
Write and execute advanced SQL queries, including joins.
Lead workshops with business teams to gather and formalize requirements.
Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure project success.
Proactively suggest improvements to optimize processes and implemented solutions.
Profile Sought:
Significant experience in writing functional specifications for complex projects.
Strong understanding of APIs and technical architectures.
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries.
Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to work with cross-functional teams.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong customer service orientation.
