About the role:
As a Business Analyst Senior, you’ll lead the development of high-quality business documentation and drive process improvements. This role is critical in supporting decision-making, aligning business goals, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

What you will be doing:

Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including policies, procedures, and analysis reports to support strategic initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs, define measurable outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Analyze and improve business processes, using data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Lead business process analysis to validate requirements, manage scope, and set realistic expectations for deliverables.Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes, policies, and systems.Contribute to key projects, including regulatory and strategic initiatives, by providing analytical and documentation support.



What you will need:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business documentation creation (e.g., policies, procedures, reports).Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.Fluent English (minimum C1 level).Good understanding of Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Availability to work US business hours (14:00–22:00 CET).Strong decision-making and management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive initiatives forward.
