Business Analyst - SAP FICO

Part of the ICT CORF SAP Finance team in North America, this position is responsible for providing support for the day-day operations of the SAP Finance Application-FICO modules (with focus on Accounts Receivables, Sales and Distribution and Tax) including issue resolution, root cause analysis and solution stability in addition to providing functional support in the transformation, delivery and realization of SAP solutions per business needs. The role will enable the candidate to act as a liaison, facilitating communication and understanding between ICT, supplier partners and other teams supporting SAP application development.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in computer related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Management Information Systems 5+ years of relevant project experience in successfully launching, planning, executing application development projects and support 3+ years of wide-ranging experience in an ERP supported business environment including SAP-ECC systems Knowledge of SAP FICO areas Familiarity with ITIL, Service Now and concepts Familiarity with basic finance terms/concepts Demonstrated ability to work on concurrent multiple projects All candidates must be self-driven, curious and creative and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and development methodologies Ability to work within an onsite/offshore application development supplier engagement model Ability to interact with different levels in the organization from developer to business users/business leadership team
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certifications Knowledge of S4 Hana/Central Finance Comprehension of the technical aspects of SAP applications capabilities including but not limited to Solution Manager, Integration middleware, EDIs applications. Understanding of SAP design principles and ABAP programming standards Understanding of SAP products and competencies related to UI development, workflows Experience of working in a Global organization Experience and understanding of the use of SAP Solution Manager and relevant SOX controls Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into terms that are easily understood Excellent analytical and outstanding problem-solving skills Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology Excellent Organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to learn complex business processes quickly
