The Role

The role of the Business Analyst – Resourcing is to support the optimisation of resourcing across the Consulting Business Unit via a data-driven approach to resource planning and forecasting. This role underpins the Staffing Function’s aim ‘to make resourcing easy’. 

This support will help leaders to focus their time maximising utilization and winning work for their team, as well as providing new opportunities for technical resources within the region to work on projects globally to better fulfil their career aspirations.  

The Staffing Function is fundamental to the Consulting Operating Model and impacts effective utilization (and hence profitability), employee engagement and retention, and the effectiveness of our business leaders.
