As a Business Analyst in Cluster Procurement, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, support high-level decision-making, and help shape the future of procurement performance.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for cluster, regional, and category-specific procurement activities Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Global Director, covering spend, savings, payment terms, supplier base development, and budget adherence Lead global spend analysis, including spend cube development, supplier segmentation, and cost breakdowns Track, validate, and report procurement savings in coordination with Finance Support annual target setting and procurement budget planning Provide data-driven insights for strategic procurement decisions (e.g., make-or-buy, global tenders, supplier negotiations) Ensure high-quality procurement data through structured master data governance and alignment with ERP and BI systems (e.g., MS Dynamics D365, Power BI) Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Digital Procurement teams to develop and maintain reporting systems and data models Support global procurement transformation initiatives (e.g., category management rollout, sustainability targets) What makes you great You have a degree in actuarial science, big data, finance, supply chain, or a related field You bring at least three years of experience in procurement, finance, controlling, or business analysis, ideally in an international environment You have a strong understanding of procurement processes, performance levers, and financial metrics Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) You have advanced Excel and data modeling skills; experience with SQL, Power Query, or Python is a plus You bring strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Flexible work location within Europe – this position can be based in Austria, Germany, Italy, or Spain What you can expect working with us You can develop personally with us and can expect interesting assignments and creative opportunities You will rapidly find your feet in the team and can get off to a flying start thanks to our tried and test onboarding period Unlimited workplace flexibility thanks to generous rules regarding working from home Appreciation – we practise diversity and good-natured interaction with one another We believe in flat hierarchies, short decision making paths and open communication
